Currently, we only ship within the continental USA and do not ship to international locations. We ship using USPS. Check deliveries in your area. Shipping charges are applied when placing orders. Orders over $350 ship for free.  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary and may be impacted by weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for delays via USPS, weather or other conditions beyond our control. 

You may return new, unopened and unused products (excluding shipping and handling cost) that are in their original resalable condition within 14 days of the original purchase date. The original sales invoice or receipt for the product must accompany your return. Requests for returns must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to contact@kellishan.com. The requests for return must be reviewed and approved by our company and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. We do not refund merchandise damaged by the customer, items past the 14 day original purchase date deadline, products with damaged, tampered or broken seals or returned merchandise that is damaged due to improper packing or transport. 

Payment options include direct payment using a credit or debit card (see options available). Payment methods are secure through our site. Payment in full must be made at the time of purchase. Discounts and specials, if applicable, must include the discount code when purchasing items. Discount codes are not applicable after the purchase is made.  Product cancellation must be submitted in writing no longer than 24 hours after purchase and must include invoice. Email contact@kellishan.com for cancellation and include invoice with request. Request for cancellation on products that have shipped may require a return of item fee.

At the moment, we only collect sales tax on products shipped to an address within the state of California. We do not collect taxes from any other state at this time.

If you have not received your package within 2 weeks, please email us at contact@kellishan.com. If, for any reason, you miss your package delivery and it is returned, you can request re-delivery which will include an additional shipping fee. Send an email to request re-delivery. Tracking numbers are provided to check the status of products ordered. 

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@kellishan.com regarding your order.  Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks will be challenged with supporting evidence, including proof of order fulfillment and delivery confirmation. Customers who engage in repeated or excessive chargeback activity may be denied access to future services. 

What should I do if I want Kellishan to partner with our event?

How do I submit testimonies to Kellishan?

Submit your inquiry through email at contact@kellishan.com. Include your first name, first initial of your last name, city, state and a photograph, if you desire. Testimonials are strictly voluntary and by submitting your testimony, you give Kellishan permission to use your submission on our website and/or social media platforms. We protect  your privacy.

How do I make a contribution to Kellishan?
