Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered through the United States Postal Services (USPS). Currently, we only ship within the continental USA and do not ship to international locations. USPS does not deliver on Sundays. Shipping charges are applied when placing your order. Orders over $250 ship for free. If you do not receive your order, submit your inquiry to contact@kellishan.com.
Return Policy
You may return new and unused products (excluding shipping and handling cost) that have not been opened within 30 days of the original purchase date. A sales invoice or receipt for the product must be included with your return. Requests for returns must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to contact@kellishan.com. Products that have been opened or used may not be returned. We are unable to refund merchandise damage by the customer, items past the 30 day original purchase date deadline, literature with removed shrink-wrap, products with damaged, tampered or broken seals or returned merchandise that is damaged due to improper packing.
Payments
Payment options include Pay pal or a direct payment using a credit or debit card (see options available). Payment methods are secure through our site. Payment in full must be made at the time of purchase. Discounts and specials, if applicable, must include the discount code when purchasing your items. Discount codes are provided on our website or sent to the subscriber when available.
Applicable Sales Tax
At the moment, we only collect sales tax on products shipped to an address within the state of California. We do not collect taxes from any other state at this time.
Package Concerns
If you have not received your package within 2 weeks, please email us at contact@kellishan.com. If, for any reason, you miss your package delivery after USPS have made their allowable attempts and it is returned to Kellishan, you can request re-delivery which will include an additional shipping fee. Contact Kellishan via email to request re-delivery. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your order.

How do I submit a testimony to Kellishan?
Submit your inquiry through email at contact@kellishan.com. Include in your commendation your first name, first initial of your last name, city, state and a photograph, if you desire. Testimonials are strictly voluntary and by submitting your testimony, you give Kellishan permission to use your submission on our website and/or social media platforms.
